1. Information We Collect

At LeadPsi, we collect information you provide directly during registration (name, email, phone) and data retrieved through authorized third-party integrations.

2. Third-Party Integrations

We connect to Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads via secure OAuth. We only retrieve lead data and performance metrics essential for the operation of your LeadPsi dashboard. We never store your third-party passwords.

3. Data Disposal

Users can disconnect integrations or delete their accounts at any time. Disconnecting an account immediately terminates data syncing. Account deletion permanently removes your profile and lead history from our active systems.

4. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and secure hashing algorithms (Argon2) to protect your workspace.

5. Email & Engagement Tracking

To improve our service and measure recipient interest, we use self-hosted tracking technologies in emails sent through LeadPsi:

Tracking Pixels: We may include an invisible 1x1 image pixel to detect when an email is opened.
Link Redirects: Links in emails may be proxied through our secure servers to measure click-through engagement.

This data is used solely for CRM engagement scoring and following up on your inquiries. We do not sell this data to third parties. You can opt-out of tracking by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting your account manager.
